Separate the main roof from rear extensions.
In Oud-West and De Baarsjes, buildings can have both a street-facing roof and smaller surfaces at the rear. A leak above an extension may be unrelated to the main roof. Tell us whether the enquiry concerns the whole building, an extension, a dormer or a junction shared with a neighbour. This helps define the work before materials are discussed.
Tell us about your situation ↗Describe what has changed over time.
Insulation, a rooflight or solar panels may have been added after a roof was first built. Share any invoices or drawings you have. They can help explain the existing layers and connections. Include access through communal staircases or gardens so the proposal does not assume a route that is unavailable.
Coordinate before setting a work date.
Several owners may need to agree on repair or renewal through a VvE. Nominate a contact and gather technical questions and outstanding permissions. Loading, parking and safe working arrangements can then be considered during planning. A visit is arranged individually; this page does not promise a fixed arrival time.
