Keep the location and material details of renewed components, preferably with identifiable photographs. Record outstanding issues at adjacent roof surfaces or outlets separately. Repairing one gutter does not establish that every drainage route in the building has been examined. The relevant professional should determine maintenance work and safe access arrangements. A universal cleaning interval that ignores surroundings and previous findings is not a tailored maintenance recommendation.
